U14 Feile
Our U14 team exited this years Feile competition to a very strong The Downs side on Wednesday 30th March in The Downs.
U14 Football League
This side picked themselves up from the Feile defeat the evening before to register a brilliant win against Athlone to collect their fourth set of league points. A late goal gave our lads a two point victory just when it seemed that Athlone had done enough to hold out.
U16 Football League
Our U16 team were soundly beaten by a strong Ballynacarrigy outfit last Sunday, 3rd April, in Ballinagore. A good start by our opponents left us on the back foot for much of the game but a spirited performance in the second half earned two goals but it wasn't enough to claw back a big half time deficit. Final score was St. Malachy's/Ballinagore 2-03 Ballynacarrigy 2-13
U12 Football League
Our U12 team got off to the best possible start in this years league competition when they comprehensively beat Coralstown Kinnegad in Kinnegad on Monday evening 4th April.
South Westmeath U10 League
The U10's played Maryland/Tang on Sunday morning, 3rd April, in Castletown-Geoghegan. Two very sporting games were played and we won one but lost the second game.
South Westmeath U10 League
The U10's played Tubberclair in the South Westmeath League last Sunday morning, 20th March, in Tubberclair. We fielded two sides and both put in great performances winning one game by three points and losing by the same margin in the other. 
Under 14 League Matches 12/3/2011

The under 14's played two league games over the last week. The first was against Tubberclaire in Tubberclaire and they won well. The second was against Millmore Gaels in Ballymore where they also had a good victory. The team against Millmore Gaels was: Conor Bolger, Joseph Fagan, Brendan Heeney, Fiachra Heeney, Eoin Mullarkey, James Birmingham, James Murphy, Conor Kane, Padraic Kincaid, Paul O'Sullivan, Paddy Doody, Eoin Deegan, Shane Meehan, Naoise McKenna, Michael McHugh. Subs, Robert Keegan, Padraic Kane, David Boyne and Stephen Clarke.

Well done to the U14 team who put in a great performance against Rosemount last Saturday morning in Ballinagore and came away with a great win. Four first half goals paved the way for this victory, their third on the trot. Minor League 27/2/2011

Last Sunday saw the minors in action again, this time against Mullingar Shamrocks in Ballinagore. A strong start saw the team score 1-3 in the early stages and lead at half time 1-6 to 1-3. The second half began brightly again for St. Malachy's/Ballinagore and they led by ten points with ten minutes to go. Mullingar got back into the game with two goals but St. Malachy's/Ballinagore finished strongly and won by eight points. Final score St. Malachy's/Ballinagore 3-14, Mullingar Shamrocks 3-5. The first minor league game will take place this Sunday at 11am. St. Malachy's Ballinagore will take on Moate in Moate.
